New patient and Orthopedic appointments are on Mondays, Thursdays and and some Fridays, clinic return appointments are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a small non profit, we do ask for a deposit for first appointment, thanks for your understanding!
Tiny single use sterile needles will be inserted into acupuncture points and on channels and into trigger points, pain relieving, anti inflammatory. We may also use tui na (Chinese massage) gua sha, cupping, topical herbal applications, e stim and tdp lamp therapeutics.
Massage Therapy
Lomi Lomi Massage with Carrie is a traditional Hawaian therapeutic healing modality that includes oil, kneading and long strokes. Therapeutic massage with Tara includes shiatsu, tui na, guasha, cupping and orthopedic massage.
Traditional Herbal Medicine
These sessions are done in office, via Zoom or at a home or space and will result in prescribed herbal medicine for internal or external application. I am trained in both Traditional Chinese herbalism as well as native and Western herbal medicine and utilize infusion teas, tinctures, decoctions, powders and pills depending on patient need.

Loyola (Loey) Colebeck is an integrative therapist using flower essences and systemic trauma healing methods since 2009. She was professionally accredited in Spain after completing extensive studies in Bach Flower Therapy and integrative therapies at various institutes in Barcelona. Loey has taught Flower Essence Therapy to other professionals during an annual 9-month foundations training program. She translated Pablo Noriega’s book, Bach Flower Essences and Chinese Medicine from Spanish to English.
